The Pentair IntelliCenter Lite 523910 combines the i5PS shared-equipment personality with a Power Center enclosure, built for retrofitting automation onto a pool and spa that already has electrical distribution at the pad. It provides five relays — a filter pump circuit plus four auxiliary circuits — along with the intake and return valve control that automates changeover between the pool and the spa. The touchscreen interface and the app experience are the same as the full IntelliCenter platform.

Two specification points define this part number. First the enclosure: Pentair states that IntelliCenter Lite bundles ship a power center rather than a load center with a 125 A breaker bus, so there is no breaker panel and no space for one — an external subpanel must already exist. Second, chemistry: Pentair is explicit that IntelliCenter Lite bundles do not include water chemistry solutions, so there is no salt cell and no salt transformer here. IntelliChlor is compatible but ordered separately. What this bundle does include, and the i5P version does not, is two ComPool standard valve actuators for the intake and return diverters — these are ComPool actuators, expressly not IntelliValve.

Control runs through the IntelliCenter colour touchscreen and remotely through the Pentair Pool app, with independent pool and spa temperature settings, scheduling, equipment status and remote access. Pentair describes IntelliCenter Lite as fully expandable with the same functionality as an IntelliCenter system, on the same RS-485 architecture. As with the i5P Lite bundle, Pentair's documentation is inconsistent about the wireless hardware — the product page describes a Wi-Fi bridge as included, the dealer sell sheet lists wireless as sold separately under accessory 523557, and a hard-wired Cat-5 connection into the main board is a supported alternative. Confirm the wireless component at time of order.
