order changes and cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your Pool Avenue order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Before Your Order Ships
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it at no additional charge.
Please keep in mind that orders can sometimes be processed and shipped quickly. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier or entered the shipping process, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
After Your Order Ships
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be treated as a standard cancellation.
If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and the item's return eligibility.
For customer-requested cancellations or returns after shipment, you may be responsible for:
- The original outbound shipping cost, including the actual shipping cost on orders that qualified for free shipping
- The cost of return shipping
- Any applicable restocking fees
Freight and oversized pool equipment can be expensive to transport. Shipping deductions will reflect the actual carrier costs associated with sending and returning the merchandise.
Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse a delivery as a way to cancel an order. Refused shipments may still incur outbound shipping, return freight, and applicable restocking fees, which may be deducted from your refund.
Installed or Used Equipment
Equipment that has been installed or used cannot be returned. Once equipment has been installed, applicable technical or warranty issues must be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty procedures.
Need to Change or Cancel an Order?
Contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of making the requested change before your order ships.
