The Pentair IntelliBrite Architectural Series 602153 is the 12V, 28W multi-color pool light from Pentair's Architectural Series, supplied with a 100-foot cord. It is the full-size pool fixture for a standard Pentair large (10-inch) niche. Pentair's cross-reference grid lists it as the Architectural Series replacement for the discontinued IntelliBrite 5G 601012, so it is the current part to specify when one of those lights needs replacing.

Output is color-changing LED with five fixed colors (blue, green, red, white and magenta) and seven pre-programmed light shows (SAm, Party, Romance, Caribbean, American, California Sunset and Royal), selected from the light switch or a Pentair automation system. Pentair states the Architectural Series is 60 percent brighter and 50 percent more energy efficient than the IntelliBrite 5G it replaces, and that its optics spread light widely and evenly in all directions to minimize hot spots, dark areas, glare and stripes. The series is certified to UL 676 and CSA C22.2 No. 89.

Installation is niche-mounted, and Pentair is explicit that the light must only be used in Pentair niches – installing it in another manufacturer's niche voids the UL approval and the warranty. Where local code requires a cord seal, Pentair specifies its plastic niches 79206600 / 79206700 with Cord Seal Kit 670044. As a 12-volt luminaire it must be powered through a safety isolation transformer, which is not included. Pentair lists the light as compatible with its automation systems and light controllers, the Color Sync Controller and the Pentair Pool app. Replacement parts published by Pentair for the pool light are Face Ring Kit 79110600, Lens Kit 602168, Gasket 620400z and Wire Clamp Kit 79111000.

Pentair's published warranty for IntelliBrite Architectural Series pool and spa lights is two years.
