The Pentair GloBrite 602056 is the 12-volt GloBrite Color LED light with a 150-foot cord. GloBrite is Pentair's compact, all-plastic light for shallow water: it can be placed in as little as 4 inches of water, even in the floor pointing up, which makes it the standard choice for sun shelves, steps, beach entries and bubblers as well as spas and smaller pools. It mounts in a GloBrite plastic niche – 620040 for gunite/concrete, 620039 for vinyl, or 620041/620093/620094 for fiberglass – and because the light and niche form a complete nonmetallic low-voltage system, Pentair states no bonding or grounding is required.

Output is color LED at a maximum of 15 watts: five fixed colors (blue, green, red, white and magenta) and seven light shows (SAm, Party, Romance, Caribbean, American, California Sunset and Royal). Pentair's manual states GloBrite Color is compatible with IntelliBrite colors and shows and can be synchronized with IntelliBrite color lights, and lists control by IntelliTouch and EasyTouch systems or the optional Color Sync Controller; Pentair's brochure adds IntelliCenter. GloBrite Color has a single brightness level (only the GloBrite White model dims).

Power comes from a Pentair 12 VAC safety isolation transformer – 619962 (100 W) or 619963 (300 W) – which, like the niche, is not included with the light. Pentair's manual allows no more than three GloBrite Color lights on a 100 W transformer and caps the 300 W transformer at its rated load. The light is cULus listed and suitable for fresh water with up to 6,000 ppm salinity. Pentair does not describe this part number as a revision of an earlier one; the same number appears in both its 2023 and 2025-2026 catalogs. This is a TradeGrade product: Pentair's full warranty applies through a TradeGrade-compliant dealer, and online sales carry a 60-day limited warranty.
