The Jandy IWC3KIT25W100 is Jandy's Infinite WaterColors starter kit: three 25-watt nicheless RGBW LED lights with 100-foot cords plus one 300-watt Infinite WaterColors LED Light Controller (the same unit sold separately as IWCLC300W). It lets a builder order a complete three-light Infinite WaterColors installation on one part number, with capacity left on the controller to add up to six more 25 W lights later.
Every Infinite WaterColors light is powered at 14 VAC only by the Infinite WaterColors LED Light Controller (IWCLC300W, a 300-watt transformer with RS485 communication) and requires a Jandy AquaLink RS automation system at revision Y or later; Jandy states the lights will not operate from an alternate transformer. Control is through the iAquaLink app: an unlimited custom color palette plus ten preset colors and five light shows, brightness dimming, and zoning that groups lights into up to four color zones. A native Amazon Alexa skill adds voice control. Each controller drives up to nine 25 W lights (240 W maximum) and an AquaLink system supports up to four controllers.
The nicheless lights thread into a standard 1.5-inch plastic wall or return fitting (not included) using the installation tool packed with each light; Jandy's manual calls for 1.5-inch pipe through the bond beam followed by 1-inch conduit, with a minimum 10-inch pipe length for 25 W lights. The AquaLink RS automation system is required and is not part of the kit. Under Jandy's warranty document nicheless underwater lights carry three years and other Jandy products, including the controller, one year; Jandy does not publish a kit-specific term.
