The Jandy IQ906-PS-PC-SWC AquaLink RS PS6 Pool and Spa Kit is the shared-equipment configuration of Jandy's RS 6 platform, built for installations where one pump, filter and heater serve both a pool and an attached spa. It controls the filter pump, the heater and five auxiliary circuits, and it automates the changeover between the two bodies of water so switching to spa mode is a single command rather than a trip to the equipment pad to turn valves by hand.
The kit ships with Jandy's 6614AP-LG PureLink Power Center, which puts the automation enclosure, an integrated electrical sub-panel and the salt chlorinator control electronics in one housing. The sub-panel carries four 3HP relays as supplied and accepts up to eight. Salt chlorination is genuinely included rather than merely supported — the AquaPure PLC1400 cell is in the box, rated to 40,000 gallons at 1.25 lb of chlorine per 24 hours. Two Jandy Valve Actuators are also included; these are the intake and return diverter actuators that turn together so water circulation switches between pool and spa when the spa command is given. The board accepts two more actuators for a cleaner and solar valve.
Remote control runs through the included iQ30-A iAquaLink 3.0 Web-Connect Device, which has a wired/Wi-Fi switch and links to the power center board over RS485. The iAquaLink app handles scheduling, independent pool and spa temperature setpoints, equipment status and diagnostics from anywhere, with Siri Shortcut and Alexa Skill support and home automation integration. AquaLink RS supports up to 16 variable-speed pumps and solar heat control, and the system expands to a maximum of three auxiliary power centers. Additional user interfaces such as spa-side and in-house remotes are sold separately.
