The Hayward Universal ColorLogic 2.0 LSCUS22050 is the spa-size 12-15 volt color-changing LED light with a 50-foot detachable cord and thermoplastic trim. Hayward rates it at 1100 lumens and 35 watts. It is the small-format partner to the Universal ColorLogic pool light, giving a spa the same 10 solid colors and 7 color-changing shows so the pool and spa can be lit in step.
Hayward states the fixture is UL listed for installation in virtually any manufacturer's niche, which makes it a practical replacement for an older spa light in a Pentair, Jandy or Hayward niche as well as a new-construction choice. The mounting flange rotates for angled niches, the lower catch adjusts for plaster thickness, and the light distribution is targeted to reduce glare. Pairing with a Hayward Omni automation system unlocks additional colors and features.
The 50-foot cord is detachable for serviceability. As a 12-15 volt light it requires a suitable low-voltage transformer, which is not included. Warranty is three years on parts and one year on labor, extended when purchased through a Hayward Rewards partner.
