The part number decodes as WW for warm white, P for the large pool fixture, HV for 120-volt, 42L for the output class, S for stainless and 150 for the cord. Jandy's cut sheet rates it at 2494 lumens at 2700K and its sell sheet equates it to a 300W incandescent light while using about 85 percent less energy.
It is an on/off white light – Jandy's manual is explicit that the White LED lights will not operate properly on dimmers – controlled from a single light switch or wired into a Jandy AquaLink RS system (up to four lights per relay recommended) and operated remotely through iAquaLink. Being 120-volt it needs no transformer.
