The Jandy Pro Series WPHV5LS250 is the 120V, 65W daylight white LED pool light from Jandy's White LED line, with a 250-foot cord and a stainless steel face ring. The part number decodes as W for daylight white, P for the large pool fixture, HV for 120-volt, 65L for the output class, S for stainless and 250 for the cord. Jandy's cut sheet rates it at 4282 lumens at 5000K and its sell sheet equates it to a 500W incandescent light while using about 85 percent less energy.
It is an on/off white light – Jandy's manual is explicit that the White LED lights will not operate properly on dimmers – controlled from a single light switch or wired into a Jandy AquaLink RS system (up to four lights per relay recommended) and operated remotely through iAquaLink. Being 120-volt it needs no transformer. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing and face ring are ETL listed for Jandy ProNiches and the listed Pentair and Hayward large niches, so it drops into most existing pool niches during a renovation.
