The Jandy IQ904-PS AquaLink RS PS4 Pool and Spa Kit is the entry point into Jandy's AquaLink RS line for a pool and spa sharing one set of equipment. It controls the filter pump, the heater and three auxiliary circuits, and automates the valve changeover between the two bodies of water. The smaller circuit count suits a straightforward installation — pump, heater, pool light and a cleaner or water feature — rather than a pad with extensive lighting zones and multiple features.

Two things separate this kit from the RS 6 systems above it and both matter at specification time. First, it ships with the 6612F Power Center, which has no integrated sub-panel; electrical distribution has to be handled separately at the pad. Second, the 6612F is rated at four 3HP relays supplied and four maximum, so unlike the sub-panel power centers it has no relay expansion headroom. Salt chlorination is not included — the platform is salt-capable and a chlorinator can be added, but no cell and no chlorinator control ship in this box. Two Jandy Valve Actuators are included for the intake and return diverters that switch circulation between pool and spa.

The included iQ30-A iAquaLink 3.0 Web-Connect Device gives the same app experience as the larger kits: scheduling, independent pool and spa setpoints, remote equipment control and diagnostics through the iAquaLink app, with Siri Shortcut and Alexa Skill support and home automation integration. The device carries a wired/Wi-Fi switch and links to the power center over RS485. The system can still be expanded with up to three auxiliary power centers if the installation grows.

This is the right kit for a modest pool and spa installation where three auxiliary circuits genuinely cover the equipment and electrical distribution is already provided for. If the pad is likely to grow, or if salt chlorination is wanted, one of the RS 6 sub-panel kits is the better starting point — the 6612F cannot take additional relays later.
